New GameHow to play: Use your arrow keys to move the tiles. When two tiles with the same license touch, they merge into a less permissive license.
All licenses in the game are both "free software" licenses and "GPL-compatible" for the Free Software Foundation and "open source" licenses for the Open Source Initiative.
